My last race was in 2000, when I was reunited with a Ford Capri for a front row start in a 1 hour event at Brands Hatch.
Gradually we’ll build up a gallery and comments on some of the Golden Oldies it’s been fun to conduct.
The six pictures here (most from Dani Reinhard) are of one of my most recent favourites, BMW Motorsport’s M3 GTR with unique V8 race engine power.
The venue was Lausitz in Eastern Germany and the 2005 results appeared in America’s Roundel magazine and BMW Car in the UK.
